Integrative therapy focuses on whole-person health. This includes focusing on physical, emotional, social, spiritual, and intellectual health. Integrative therapy assesses health goals in each category, tailoring treatment to each patient. A core value of this therapy is to have the patient’s sense of self be understood, accepted and solidified with fears and unhealthy patterns being addressed and healthy behaviors in every category maintained.

The number of therapy sessions overall depends on the nature of the issues being treated, but a typical round of therapy is 12-20 sessions, with more chronic cases needing additional sessions.

Average session length is about 45-55 minutes.
