What are the fees?
Dr. Black’s hourly rate is $325
Dr. Annie Karamanukyan and Brad Thompson’s hourly rate is $175-$225
How many sessions will I need?
Number of sessions needed is highly dependent on goals and severity of symptoms. You will need to complete a psychological intake before an estimate can be given.
What is the cost to add Ketamine to treatment?
When adding ketamine to psychotherapy you must establish care with a medical doctor who prescribes the medicine. The cost of this will vary depending on the doctor.
Below are the minimum requirements to start an INDIVIDUAL KAP program with one of our medical partners:
- Psychological intake (55 min): $175- $325
- Medical intake with ketamine journey session and follow-up (4-6 hours total) paid directly to medical doctor: $1200
- Psychotherapy integration session (55 min): $175- $325
- Home ketamine prescription (cost varies and paid directly to pharmacy): ~$90
- Total cost to start: $1,940
- Each additional low dose KAP session or integration session (55 min): $175- $325
- Each additional journey session: $900- $1200 and is paid directly to the medical doctor.
Below are the minimum requirements to start a GROUP KAP program with one of our medical partners:
- Psychological intake (55 min): $175- $325
- Medical intake (30 min) paid directly to medical doctor: $330
- Group journey session with integration session (3-4 hours completed with 6-8 other group members): $825-$925 per session
- Total cost to start: $1,330-1,580
- If you would like to pair group with individual low dose KAP or individual integration sessions (55 min): $175- $325
- Each additional group journey session: $825- $875
Do you take insurance?
** SilvI Integrative Health is currently in the process of applying to a few major insurance providers. We anticipate being able to take Tri-Care and Blue Shield in the next 60-90 days. **
Currently we provide a superbill for those that have out-of-network benefits.

Call your insurance company and ask:
- If you have out-of-network benefits
- If you have out-of-network benefits how much is covered, if you have a deductible, and if there is a maximum amount covered for psychotherapy sessions.
- Check if these specific psychotherapy codes are covered:
- 90791 (initial 60 min visit), 90832 (30min), 90834 (45 min), and 90837 (60 min)
- Biofeedback combined with psychotherapy CPT code 90876
- How your insurance prefers you submit a superbill and any advice on how to make the process smooth and successful.
